The report, The Forrester Wave(TM): Email Marketing Service Providers, Q4 2005, was published on Thursday, December 22, 2005. To begin its research, Forrester assembled a list of 41 email marketing services companies and then selected nine to evaluate in depth based on revenue, market presence and business strategy. Within the "leader" category, Epsilon Interactive was one of two email marketing service providers singled out as "leading the pack" in this year's report.
The report specifically recognized Epsilon Interactive for its dynamic content capabilities and scalability, and touts the company for uniquely having equally strong technology and professional services.
