I’VE BEEN HERE 20 YEARS BECAUSE, early on, I saw the potential for both Alliance Data and myself as great things continued to happen for the company. I joined the management training program, and it’s been a fun ride ever since.

OUR CULTURE IS WHAT SETS US APART. I do my best to not only live the values every day, but to ensure that our new associates understand the gift that is our culture, and their role in keeping it alive as we grow.

OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE driven, intelligent leaders who are thoughtful and honest communicators. They make decisions with the big picture in mind.

WE’RE IN IT FOR THE LONG HAUL. Have a total career plan in mind versus being consumed by the short-term job. I’ve seen talented people become frustrated looking for quick promotions. Partner with your leaders to create action plans. I can say from experience, slow and steady wins the race.

I LOVE THE TELEDOCTOR BENEFIT! I’d rather juggle fire or pet a cobra than hang out at the doctor’s office. To be able to easily access a doctor by phone at an incredibly reasonable price and obtain proper meds with zero hassle is all kinds of awesome.
