Bryan Kennedy provides the leadership and vision that has propelled Epsilon, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliance Data, into its current position as the largest marketing agency in end-to-end, direct-to-consumer connections. Bryan has served Epsilon clients, including many of the best-known brands domestically and internationally, since 1996, and been a key architect behind the rapid growth and expansion into the data and digital marketing services arena. Epsilon has been awarded the highest industry accolades as a marketing innovator and leader. Bryan joined Epsilon after having held management positions with Capstead Mortgage Corporation. He held various senior management positions with Epsilon before assuming his role as president in January 2009. Bryan has earned a reputation as an expert in loyalty marketing and membership technology, very large database design and management, as well as data-driven marketing solutions. He serves on the board and executive committee of the Direct Marketing Association, advocating industry best practices for the responsible use of data and marketing. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. When he’s not working, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family – attending his children’s baseball games and marching band performances. He also enjoys running, cycling, and playing guitar.
