Governing Law & Location of Dispute Resolution

agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Dallas,
Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United States of America and of the State of Texas (without regard to conflict
of law principles). The language in this agreement shall be interpreted as to
its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. You consent and
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in
Dallas county, the state of Texas, United States of America, in all questions
and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this agreement. You
expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts, and you consent to
extraterritorial service of process. To the extent allowed by applicable law,
