Bill Management & Payment Services
Increase your overall billing efficiency and accuracy. Utility invoices are
redirected to our facility, entered into our software system and verified for
accuracy, allowing us to detect common problems such as incorrect billing and
water leaks. Once the invoices have been reconciled and approved, you are notified
via e-mail of the amount due. Upon receipt of your payment Alliance Data then
issues payment back to the utilities, saving you time and money.
Continuing Service Expense Recovery (CSER)
Recover up to 15% of your vacant expenses from residents who move without updating
their utility services in a timely manner. You shouldn’t have to pay the
bill to maintain utility service through your continuing agreement with your
local utility. With Alliance Data’s CSER process, we target gaps in move-in
dates and generate a bill for residents that have yet to switch the utility
into their name.
Rate and Tariff Auditing
For those accounts where there is no open market, Alliance Data will
audit available rates and tariffs to determine the most advantageous solution
for you. When a more favorable rate or tariff is determined, Alliance Data will
manage the change with the local utility and ensure a correct changeover. For
natural gas and power accounts where optionality is available, we will work
with you to develop a procurement strategy based on your business goals. Our
