Alliance Data understands the importance of finding a balance between your work and personal lives. That's why we offer a wide array of programs to help our associates do just that.

Backup Care
One of the most innovative ways we help our associates maintain their work / life balance is through a program called Back Up Care. Associates automatically receive 80 hours of  child or dependent care that they can use when they are scheduled to work, but their regular care arrangement is unavailable. The associate can choose either in-home or center based care.

Employee Assistance
Our Employee Assistance Program offers associates tips for day-to-day living as well as financial and legal advice and short term counseling. This program is available to all Alliance Data associates and their families at no cost.

Holidays
Alliance Data provides six paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Time Off
Associates are entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO) sixty days after their hire date. PTO is determined by the average number of hours the associate is scheduled to work, and the number of years the associate has worked for the company.

Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is provided for both graduate and undergraduate course work at accredited institutions for full-time and part-time associates after six months of service.
