Associates can be reimbursed for up to $2,500 per adoption.

401(k)
Alliance Data is proud to offer it's associates a 401(k) plan that is in the top third of all plans in the marketplace today. Associates choosing to participate in the 401(k) plan may contribute on a pre-tax or after-tax basis (up to a yearly maximum). Alliance Data matches a portion of associate contributions. Any matching contributions are immediately vested. In addition, each year Alliance Data Board of Directors determines whether to make a Discretionary Profit-Based Contribution to associates accounts. When payable, the contribution is given as a percentage of pay.
