Medical
Associates have the option of selecting from two different medical plans. The first is based on a Consumer Driven healthcare model, and the second is similar to a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan.

Dental
Alliance Data offers both a dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan and a dental Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan.

Vision
Associates can choose a Vision plan that includes exams, contacts or glasses, and discounts on laser surgery.

Wellness
Alliance Data encourages a healthy workplace and a healthy lifestyle for all associates. We are proud to offer the healthyAlliance program which provides tools and resources for associates to take positive steps to improve or maintain their health. We also offer reimbursement for health club memberships and programs to help get and stay fit, lose weight or stop smoking.
