Supplier Diversity Initiative
Supplier Diversity is a company-wide initiative to ensure the inclusion of minority and/or women-owned businesses in contracting and procurement opportunities created by Alliance Data locally, regionally and nationally. We are committed to building relationships with qualified and cost-effective minority and women suppliers reflecting the diversity of our associates, customers and community.

Certifications
As a corporate member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and WBC-Southwest, Alliance Data recognizes the benefits of certification. We honor national and regional certifications from NMSDC, WBENC, and Small Business Administration certification programs.
A diverse supplier is defined as a business that is at least 51% owned, managed and controlled by:
