Corporate Procurement Services

The purpose of Alliance Data’s Corporate Procurement Services Organization is to establish and maintain methods of obtaining goods and services for Alliance Data in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. Supplier relationships are established through a fair and competitive selection process managed by Alliance Data’s Corporate Procurement Services Organization, in partnership with Alliance Data’s Supplier Diversity Group. This process is designed to ensure optimum quality, service, and value for Alliance Data, its customers, and suppliers. Some of the selection process steps used to establish supplier relationships include:

  • Identify a business need and develop the requirements
  • Perform a market analysis for determining the sourcing strategy
  • Identify the supplier list and develop an RFx (Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or Bid)
  • Supplier submits proposal in compliance with Alliance Data contract terms
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and perform due diligence and preliminary negotiation
  • Finalize and document negotiated business and legal terms (contract)
  • Alliance Data approves final contract transaction and submits to supplier for acceptance
  • Alliance Data and supplier implement executed contract

Supplier Registration Process

If you are interested in becoming an Alliance Data supplier, complete our Supplier Registration Form and provide all required information. Incomplete or duplicate registration forms will not be accepted and we accept registration forms only from suppliers not currently registered with Alliance Data.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, your company information will be added to our Corporate Procurement/Supplier Diversity supplier database for one year. The supplier database is used to identify potential suppliers who may be invited to participate in Alliance Data’s sourcing/bid selection process. If a match occurs between Alliance Data’s needs and your products and services, we may contact you in the future. Please note that submission of this information is no guarantee of future business opportunities with Alliance Data.
