Our Responsibilities
At Alliance Data, we take pride in the fact that these responsibilities already define everything we do. How we treat our associates, our clients, and their customers. How we support our communities and the environment. And how we protect and manage consumer data. We recently launched a formal corporate responsibility initiative, enshrining in company policy what already was a driving force behind our business. But our journey has only just begun.
   
Our responsibilities are embodied in four key areas
We Protect Data
We are committed to respecting consumer privacy and ensuring personal information is appropriately safeguarded.

In 2011, we initiated a voluntary, enterprise-wide, third-party security assessment of our systems and controls. We plan to continue this type of rigorous assessment on an annual basis as an additional measure to help ensure the safety of client, consumer, and associate data.

Since 2001, Purdue University’s Benchmark Portal has consistently ranked our Retail Services customer care centers in the top 10% of their ranking, earning “Center of Excellence” certification multiple times.
Epsilon was recently named to the 2012 Online Trust Honor Roll by the Online Trust Alliance (OTA).
For two years in a row, our LoyaltyOne business has been recognized as one of Canada’s Greenest Employers.
